The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the team, supporting business operations, and contributing to the platform's commercial success and growth. As an Investment Team Assistant, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment teams Manage complex diary coordination across multiple time zones, anticipating schedulingchallenges and proactively resolving potential conflicts Coordinate meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders, handling various meeting formats including in-person and MS Teams calls Maintain detailed client meeting tracker and team annual leave calendar Act as the primary point of contact for general and administrative inquiries Travel and Expense Management Design comprehensive travel itineraries for complex business trips Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, transfer arrangements and visa application support Manage monthly travel and expense processing for the team Maintain accurate records in research management systems Provide backup support for departmental team assistants Assist with ad-hoc project work Coordinate team events and additional administrative requirements The successful candidate will have: A proven track record of supporting large, dynamic teams with global reach Experience in financial services (specifically Asset Management) would be an advantage Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable) Exceptional organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication abilities Meticulous attention to detail The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships both internally and externally A fantastic opportunity not to be missed, please send your CV for immediate consideration!
