WHAT YOU’LL DO This is a busy TA role so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys multi-tasking and keeping up in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting a Partner, two MD’s and the wider team alongside supporting the Office Manager.
Typical duties include: Complex diary management Travel booking Expenses Preparing meeting rooms for conferences Meeting room management Greeting clients (when the office assistant needs a hand) Assisting the office manager with restocking the fridges, coffee runs Event organisation for 200+ people
WHO YOU ARE To be successful, you will have relevant experience and meet the full criteria below.
Essential requirements: 3+ years experience as a Team Assistant is essential Working in a professional environment is essential – finance ideal Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal Personable, kind and a strong team player ‘Can do’ attitude, happy to muck into the smaller tasks where needed, hands on Proactive nature & good use of initiative Diligence and attention to detail A degree or equivalent is preferable but not essential
