We have a new Team Assistant role for a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair! This is one of our favourite clients, with excellent feedback from past candidates we have placed there. So, we are now looking for a superstar to join the London team! You will support a small team of around 4-5 investment professionals. Good I.T. skills are a must; you will ideally have around two years of assistant experience in financial services. Duties include:

Diary management, extensive booking of meetings - managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc. Input and maintain expenses for the investment team. Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT setup for video conferencing, if required. Provide full administrative support to the investment team. Provide support to the administration team when required. Package:
