Team Coordinator – Research Salary:

Up to £34,360 pro rata, plus excellent benefits. Contract:

12 Month Maternity cover Hours Per week:

Everyone has a stake and a part to play in improving our health. By working together, we can build a healthier UK. About the role Research is central to the work of the Health Foundation. The Research team is responsible for running a varied and ambitious portfolio of externally commissioned research and evaluation work, which places a strong emphasis on building the evidence base for improving people’s health, understanding the quality of health and care, making health and care more sustainable, and improving health care delivery. As Team Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Research team and play a crucial role in the smooth running of the team. As post holder, you will provide timely and high-quality administrative support to the research team, including Executive Assistant support to the Assistant Director of Research. Within this role, some of the daily tasks would be but not limited to: Setup and manage the regular research team meetings. Assisting with the creation of team presentations. Organise and manage logistics for research team-led events, such as seminars, round tables, and team away days as required. This includes responsibility for all logistical arrangements, ensuring smooth running on the day as well as any preparation and follow-up required. Identify areas for process improvement such as developing and reviewing team operational processes, standard documents, and ways of working.
