Thus, we are building the firm around exceptional talent. The role As a Team EA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team. This is not just an administrative position; it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, influencing decisions and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and facilitate communication across various departments, ensuring that our executives can focus on driving the business forward. Responsibilities Provide support for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Organise and prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other high-level gatherings. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Help coordinate team activities, offsites, and events. Manage expense reports and process invoices for the executive team. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Assist with special projects and research as needed. Oversee junior administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively. Maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical. Coordinate with IT, HR, and facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations. Monitor and manage team budgets and company card spend. Arrange corporate hospitality for clients and investors. Support the firm's compliance efforts by maintaining necessary records and documentation. Support to CEO when required. What excites us in a candidate Strong experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services, preferably in asset management. Proven track record of supporting C-level executives and managing multiple schedules. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with travel planning and expense management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience in coordinating high-level meetings and events. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of financial industry terminology and practices. Experience in managing junior administrative staff. Familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial sector. Proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues. Location: London – Onsite 5 days per week.
