Team Kit Coordinator . As our Team Kit Coordinator, you will oversee the fulfilment of internal team kit orders, collaborating with logistics partners, suppliers, and the wider kit team to manage intake and requests under the guidance of the Merchandise Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating clothing categories for AMRTC employees, including manufacturing uniforms, office wear, gym staff attire, and event clothing, while supporting the wider kit team with additional categories such as race team kits, travel wear, and luggage. In this role, you will ensure accurate fulfilment of employee requests with strong attention to detail and time prioritisation, maintaining detailed stock inventory records and warehousing processes for both in-house and third-party operations, supporting logistical preparation for deliveries and shipments, and partnering with internal freight and logistics teams to transport items efficiently to races and events. Additionally, you will assist in the creation of lookbooks, product guidelines, sales materials, and strategy documents, while monitoring sample development timelines and placing accurate orders for upcoming seasons, and contribute to gifting, fan, or partner initiatives, collaborating with various departments across Aston Martin Aramco, Aston Martin Lagonda, and external suppliers. Success in this role requires maintaining professionalism and credibility while adhering to company policies, collaborating effectively across the business, and managing day-to-day project delivery with precision. What you will need to be successful in this role: Possess a good working knowledge of, and passion for, clothing, marketing and sports entertainment. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to project timelines. To be self-motivated, have initiative and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment. Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales. To communicate effectively, positively, and respectfully with all colleagues. To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment. Be results orientated and be confident in your decision-making skills. Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues. FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED. This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
