Team Lead

As a Team Lead in the Pressure Calibration factory, you would monitor the production cells, escalate issues, and train lesser experience individuals. Responsibilities: Provide daily direction and scheduling of production Leading and participating in tiered meetings Lead and participate in Kaizen events in the factory Work on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision Recommend practices and procedures Proficient in highly complex processes which are non-routine, non-repetitive, multiple process with limited documentation, difficult rework, etc., of a particular line or product Provide training to lesser experienced personnel Use FBS processes daily to promote continuous improvement Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Preferred Technical Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience Required minimum of 1-2 years related experience working in a manufacturing environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Possession of good oral and written communication skills Ability to perform independent project work requiring analytical, planning, and organizational skills Previous Team Lead experience a plus Working Conditions: 1st shift position All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check May be required to work Overtime as needed
