5 years of delegate sales experience

2+ years in a management role

, you’ll bring the expertise and leadership required to drive success. If you’re ready to take on a challenge and be part of an industry-leading company, this opportunity is for you! What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a talented delegate sales team, ensuring top performance, meeting KPIs, and achieving monthly and annual targets. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive delegate registrations for high-profile events. Mentor and coach your team to maximise their potential and foster a high-energy, motivated culture. Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, event production, and senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy. Analyse sales data, track performance, and implement strategies for continual improvement and increased sales conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners, ensuring high-quality delegate engagement and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of delegate sales experience

, with at least

2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive, high-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve their best. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. A strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions. Passion for the events industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and new opportunities. What’s in it for you?
