Team Lead Developer
to drive innovation and lead our IT Development team in delivering robust, high-quality solutions in a Microsoft hybrid cloud environment. You’ll mentor developers (onshore and offshore), ensure development best practices, and contribute to solution architecture while overseeing the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the development team to deliver innovative and secure IT solutions. Build new and maintain existing systems while adhering to high coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and software delivery. Drive adoption of Azure cloud technologies, migrating on-premise solutions where needed. Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and enforce development standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, supporting end users when required. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven professional experience in enterprise software development and SDLC. Leadership experience managing onshore/offshore teams. Expertise in Microsoft data technologies (SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS). Strong Azure experience (Data Lake, Synapse, ADF, LogicApps, etc.). Hands-on with .NET (VB, C#), Visual Studio, and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines). Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and secure coding practices. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with WPF, WCF, EF, Blazor, or modern web frameworks (e.g., ReactJS). Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Data Science tools like Alteryx. What’s in It for You?
