To demonstrate leadership of the designated cluster of community nurses, taking an active role in the professional development of the workforce. To facilitate an environment where team members are supported to work and develop clinical practice. To work with the Clinical Manager to meet national, local, and service priorities as determined by the Annual Operating Plan, Service Level Agreements, and contract. To support the Clinical Manager to lead and manage change through a multi-skilled team approach, supporting the development of staff and services to meet identified gaps in the service and in line with Government policy.
To work collaboratively to meet the needs of service users in order to provide greater access, choice, and to enhance current service use. To proactively contribute to the delivery of the public health agenda.
