Business / Account Manager Job Summary:

The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the account in support of and in the absence of the Business Manager. This role involves coaching and developing team members to a high standard that reflects the brand's ethos and heritage. The Team Lead takes accountability for the performance of the account and effectively communicates with all levels of retailer and brand management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure the account runs smoothly in the Business / Account Manager's absence. Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the brand's values and heritage. Take accountability for the account's performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with all levels of retailer and brand management, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Support the Business Manager in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail or customer service environment. Strong coaching and team development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of the brand's products, ethos, and heritage is a plus.
