KPIS, track progress, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets

and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
Follow up on leads and opportunities diligently to convert them into sales
Foster and
maintain
strong relationships with clients to ensure
high levels
of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities
Your profile
Several years of experience in the fleet segment, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Charging industry exxperience or a related field is highly desirable
At least 10 years of experience in sales with siginificant experience in a team lead role
Proven
track record
of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowlegde of sales within Germany and across Europe, understanding regional market nuances
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a
bility to adapt to changing market conditions
Fluent in German and
English
