An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead within the Urgent Community Response (UCR) team. The Team Leader will provide leadership and direction to UCR colleagues within the team and will be capable of working autonomously demonstrating expert knowledge of services. The post holder, in the absence of the service manager will lead the multidisciplinary team to manage referrals into the service. The post holder will act as a positive role model, leading by example, mentoring and supervising staff and providing opportunities for continuing professional development for all grades of staff. The post holder will actively participate in the delivery of business objectives, quality and safety improvements and support the Care Quality Commission requirements and audit.
We are looking for a suitably qualified RGN/ Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist for this role.
