Region NCE > Supply Chain Repair & Tools > Supply Chain Operations UK We are a Team of 7 employees located right across the UK. We function as the primary and key interface for Service technicians. In this team our priority is to support our internal customers and make things happen. We value being accessible for our internal customers with scope for delivering on time and with high quality. Responsibilities Supervising the team and ensuring a safe warehouse/service centres and work environment for all employees Maintain a high delivery performance by ensuring that best methods and practices are followed in order to ensure a high quality Ensure a lean, effective and productive warehouse that operates according to established processes Be an involved part of the team and at times participate in operational tasks and improvement projects Qualifications A good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics from a warehouse perspective SAP knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with warehousing is highly desired Solid spoken and written communication skills Working with and setting KPI's for the warehouse and team Competencies High degree of Safety Awareness Focused, good work ethic. Good organizational, coordinating, planning, and time management skills Understanding of cultural differences, collaborative, and solution oriented Capable of developing, guiding, and directing a diverse team Methodical and structured approach to working practices and procedures Proficient with priorities and handling your own and your team's workload in an efficient manner with eye for high quality to meet operational deadlines Be interested in continuous improvement and effectively handle changes What we offer We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment with the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
