We are looking for a passionate leader to join our hugely successful Barclay Meade professional services business, as a Team Leader. To oversee a team of 4 consultants within the Accountancy & Finance divisions, with plans for extensive growth over the next 12-18 months. Barclay Meade have been one of the go-to names in the professional services market; and this is a fantastic opportunity to help scale one of GATTACA’s fastest growing business units. Responsibilities:

Build your personal brand and network of clients and candidates to ensure you and your team become the ‘go to’ recruitment specialists within your area of expertise. Upsell - maximise spend with your team’s current customers. Meet or exceed service level agreements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Raise any risks or opportunities to your manager. Ensure your department fully understand how their objectives feed into the overall company strategy. Plan and manage the department’s NFI budgets & targets. Build out and deliver clear and measurable KPIs and business plans in line with sector and Group objectives. Help create, implement and deliver the department strategy for ongoing growth. Deliver accurate and timely financial projections to your manager highlighting any financial or market risks. Proactively build senior level relationships with stakeholders at both your and your department’s most valued clients. Capitalise on your senior client and candidate network to obtain leads for yourself, your department and the Group. Set out and actively monitor policies and procedures for client management and development. Deliver high quality tenders to deadlines. Regularly survey your department’s key customers and develop an action plan against the feedback. Skills, Competencies and Experiences:

Experience in attracting staff with or without Recruitment experience and demonstrable progression from entry level through probation and promotions to at least Senior Consultant. Experience overseeing both Contract and Permanent recruitment desks and/or knowledge of the Contract process. Demonstrative ability to oversee or influence more than one team, showing the ability to influence and hit sales targets. Weekly management cadence, demonstrable process around activity management, KPI tracking and performance reviews. Knowledge of the accountancy or finance market is essential. Knowledge of Manufacturing, Defence, Mobility sectors is highly desirable as this role covers all areas. The ideal candidate will have experience running a contract recruitment desk but the ability to oversee and understand the perm market. What we offer:
