Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of surveyors, fostering growth and operational excellence. Manage high-value, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance and quality. Oversee and manage a team providing technical expertise on CDM regulations, Building Safety Act, and Building Surveying. About You: MRICS, IMaPS qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in the construction industry. Proven leadership in team development and client relationship management.
