The Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading and supervising your shift Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered Administering and recording medication Carrying out risk assessments Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible Working closely with the leadership team to develop services Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess: NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable) Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and the ability to allocate and delegate work appropriately Proven ability to lead and supervise others A good understanding of care planning processes Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication A natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling We are committed to recruiting diverse, talented people who share our passion for helping others.
