About the role Team Leader - Checkouts Full time - 36.75 hours per week Permanent Contract Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm £25,378.08 - £27,766.83 (Plus an £1,031 per annum, store specific location allowance) + Award winning Kingfisher pension scheme + 6.6 weeks annual leave. Key responsibilities Motivating, developing and supporting every member of your checkouts team. Providing resources for the team to give customers the very best service. Managing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service. Finding and taking opportunities to innovate and improve processes. Required skills & experience Extensive retail experience with a focus on team development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. Positive attitude with a curiosity to improve customer and colleague experiences. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new ways of working.
