Job Details: Team Leader / Senior Support Worker Joining a national organisation that offers training and support from day 1 Joining a home based in Wigan The home specialises in support for 1 child The home specialises in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours As a Team Leader, you will hold management responsibilities to ensure the staff team provides therapeutic and effective support to the YP within the person You will lead shifts and support staff on shift You will provide support to the YP within the home Work within the management team to ensure the home provides OFSTED standard support Support with recruitment Contract Details: Full-time, permanent contract 1 on, 2 off + sleeps £13.50 p/h Sleep in rate = £30 per sleep Requirements Details: Essential - Level 3/4 in children and young people Essential - Driving Licence and access to a car Ideal - Team Leader / Senior Support Worker experience If this position sounds of interest, please click 'Apply'.
