Division. As a

Team Leader , you will provide first-line supervision, support, and mentoring to your team members, helping them realise their potential and develop their skills. You will play an important role in maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture where everyone can thrive. Your outstanding mentorship will ensure the delivery of high-level professional advice to clients and the achievement of individual and team targets for income, conversion rates, and retention. Responsibilities: Proven track record to lead and empower a team to ensure standards are met, ensuring team members hit and exceed targets for income, conversion rates, and retention. Produce high quality comprehensive management reports to include sales, conversion, source of business, and retention data. Ensure team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and obtain required authorisations. Offer consistent mentorship and training sessions to the team. Troubleshoot client issues, including complaint resolution, in collaboration with the compliance team. Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, enabling you to process work quickly and efficiently. Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detailed client service skills combined with strong negotiation and broking skills. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, ensuring all documentation and communications are of the highest standard. An analytical yet approachable standout colleague, keen to build sustainable relationships with team and clients alike. Coordinate the completion of monthly compliance audits and provide constructive feedback to team members. Talent for identifying and responding appropriately to varying levels of client understanding. Capability to persuade and influence others. Calm and resilient under pressure; ability to positively react to change. Experience & Professional Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing specialist advice in the insurance market. Qualified to a minimum of Cert CII. Prior experience of leading a team within a similar environment. Track record of delivering results and meeting/exceeding targets whilst keeping client focus. Insurance brokerage background with commercial experience. Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge: Understanding of general and legal principles of insurance and knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks. What do we offer in return?
