We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join our friendly team. As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience of working in a care environment and will have gained skills that enable you to work in a busy dementia care home and lead the team.

Located in the picturesque heart of Hindhead, Surrey, Moorhouse Care Home is a charming country house that provides top-quality dementia and residential care to up to 36 elderly men and women. The Role
Strong leadership skills and working as part of a team is essential to ensure that our residents are happy and well cared for.
Key responsibilities but not restricted to:
Monitoring standards of care delivered to our residents
Ensuring resident needs are being met and resolving any problems where appropriate
Preparing, updating and evaluating Resident Care Plans
Administering prescribed medication and maintaining the necessary records as per Company guidelines
Ensuring there is a clear and concise handover at every shift
Please note the post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS. The cost of the DBS is covered by Ashberry Healthcare.
