Joining the team as a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your team management and organisational skills with this interesting and varied role. This is a field based role and most of your time will be spent cleaning with the housekeeping teams. You will be coaching and developing your team of 2 housekeepers, including managing, identifying training needs within the team and consistently improving the quality by following our proven procedures.
