Team Leader – Enfield

Cineworld Enfield is looking for the next star to join our team! Our cinema has 15 screens and is situated on the busy A10 and Southbury Road junction. We have a number of propositions, which include an IMAX screen, 4DX screen, and a Starbucks coffee shop. We show all the latest blockbusters in IMAX, 4DX, 2D, and 3D as well as live content. If you love film, then we want to hear from you. Our opening hours vary from 9:00 am through until 3:00 am. We are currently looking for people that are available any day and any time. If it is a little more responsibility that you are after, the Team Leader role is just for you. You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivaled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the team members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation) Food Handling and Stock Control Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones) Cleaning Increasing Sales Maintaining Standards Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People Addressing and Resolving Complaints Induction and Training of Team Members Coaching Team Members Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards In return for your hard work and commitment, FREE MOVIES are just one of the benefits we offer.
