Charming, authentic, and uniquely you, with previous customer service experience from a retail or premium environment Demonstrable love of interior design/textiles, home trends, or previous experience in a design-led environment Some supervisory or team-leading experience Proven ability to deliver strong commercial results, including personal sales targets Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training others Reasonably tech-savvy with a working knowledge of standard Microsoft packages Your responsibilities are:
Setting and maintaining exacting standards for the team and store presentation Day-to-day management and planning of resources for the in-store team Leading by example and supporting the team to drive sales and deliver successful commercial results Creating a customer-centric culture and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers Working closely with the Cluster Manager to drive the commercial levers of the business Supporting in managing the resources, retention, and performance of the team, addressing under-performance quickly Location:
