We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Bristol and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location. You must have: Experience of managing a small team. Ability to work independently or within a small team. Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience. Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc. A valid driver's license is essential. The job: Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces. Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites. Working within a small team. Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out. Company van and mobile iPad are provided. Salary: £30k-£40k based on approximately 50 hours per week (unlimited overtime may be available at a premium rate).
