In this pivotal role you take a partnership approach and lead the efficient and effective resource management and team coordination of projects in our annual program of work across the Field Services team. You will actively support Head of Field Services, Service Delivery Managers and team leaders to develop and implement a sustainable resource planning and reporting methodology to deliver the Field Services components of the annual work plan efficiently within agreed timescales, budget, and other expectations. We are seeking someone with strong leadership experience including establishing a team and ensuring that all teams are working together. You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and commend areas for improvement, this includes effective resource and workforce planning. Strong communication and the proven ability to build solid relationships across the organisation will help you to succeed in this role. What we offer
