Team Leader Level 3 Supervisor – Bizzybeez Childcare The Aspire Training Team is currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to complete a Level 3 Team Leader Supervisor Apprenticeship at Bizzybeez Childcare as a Pre-School Room Leader. At Bizzybeez, our mission is to provide a safe, homely, fun, and caring environment for children to enjoy developmentally appropriate play experiences. We aim to be a holistic child-focused early learning environment that helps children to develop socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively under the care of highly trained professionals in a child-friendly environment. We provide childcare that is flexible to the needs of busy working families and is catered to the child's needs as decided by parents. We create play-based learning environments that allow children to learn through discovery and experimentation. We provide an environment where children can develop life skills that will set them up for a life of success. We encourage imaginative play in a resource-rich environment so children develop the social skills for the next part of their lives. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Leading the room and supporting staff Planning the day's activities Undertaking all the children’s assessments and next steps Managing the main running of the room, organizing outings Completing weekly observations Managing and delegating tasks to the team Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including bottle feeding, nappy changing, and sleep time Following the children’s home-from-home routines, providing daily care, and liaising with parents Having key children and completing and updating their next steps Requirements: A Level 3 Childcare Qualification is required GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent (e.g., functional skills) Must obtain a clear DBS It would be beneficial if you could drive due to the location of the setting Hours: Bizzybeez Childcare is open between the hours of 07:30 – 18:00 Monday-Friday Working hours will be 41 hours per week over 4 set days, and shift patterns will be discussed
