Team Leader . In this role you will be instrumental in supporting your team in order to keep the store operation running productively with a commitment to providing our customers with the very best in customer service. You will enjoy working on a variety of tasks, where you will often have to use your own initiative. Our stores are open 7 days per week, which means we offer the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns. You will have great interpersonal skills and retail experience with an ambition to develop and progress your retail career in a supportive team environment. We offer an exceptional rate of pay to all employees, as well as many other benefits. You will receive an extra £2 per hour when fulfilling Team Leader shifts. We will train you in all aspects of the store operation ensuring that you reach your full potential with the possibility of developing into other roles in the future.
