Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our client's warehouse operations in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring all staff are trained and comply with safety standards. - Oversee inventory management, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Coordinate and monitor the performance and productivity of the warehouse team. - Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency. - Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. - Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software. - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: - Full-time, with flexibility for overtime as required.
