Job Title: Children’s Home Team Leader Location: New Malden Salary: £36,322.00 Per annum A dedicated and passionate organization committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people. The children's home supports young individuals with emotional and behavioral needs, helping them to develop resilience, independence, and life skills. Team Leader Key Responsibilities

You will assist in the leadership and management of the home's daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our young people. You will oversee the implementation of support plans and safety intervention plans, tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs of each young person and monitoring their progress. You will develop and maintain effective communication with staff, young people, families, and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to support. You will promote and model our values in all interactions, fostering a culture of positivity, respect, and empowerment within the home. You will contribute to staff development and training, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure a high level of competency. You will manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will participate in the planning and continuous improvement of the home's service delivery. Team Leader Requirements

Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare Must have a strong understanding of Ofsted and Children Home regulations Supervisory experience required Driving Licence is strongly favourable This role works on a variable shift pattern of 0700-2200 plus one sleep night per week, across the 7 days of the week.
