About the role Team Leader - Night Stock Flow Full time or Part time/Jobshare - 36.75 hours per week 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Shifts available Sunday -Thursday 8:30pm- 5am £25,378.08 - £27,766.83 (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am) B&Q Hedge End We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Key responsibilities You'll ensure that we stock the items our customers need, as well as products that will spark new possibilities. Efficiency and safety will be vital, but you'll also get to explore new solutions and make decisions that will help grow our business. Required skills & experience A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans, you'll feel right at home with us. You're an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to develop and direct teams, ensuring everyone understands their roles.
