Team Leader Production - Food Manufacturing GBP14.06 ph plus Holidays + 4 day week + days Location: Stonehouse RE Recruitment is looking for a Team Leader to join an established business in Stonehouse. The company is a nationwide supplier of food produce and, due to site production demands, is seeking an additional Team Leader to join the team. The primary role of the Team Leader will be the management and control of all staff on site, coordinating materials, planning production lines, and managing changeovers to maximize the shift and site's potential. The Role: Operation & maintenance of production line machines. Overseeing a team of 5-20 per shift, reporting to the production manager, and leading and training a team to increase/maintain the effectiveness of the site. Assisting in food hygiene and standard compliance policies including GMP, ISO, HACCP, Allergen control, environment checks, food safety auditing, and QMS. Monitoring plant efficiency and working alongside an engineering team to ensure output targets are met. The Person: Ability to complete maintenance tasks and production line changeovers. Proven experience of managing a team. Experience in food manufacturing. Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team of machine operatives & production operatives with a range of skill sets. Working Hours: 6am - 6pm, Tuesday to Friday Weekly
