Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar. This job is workstyle 5. You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration. As Team Leader, you will assist in the management of the maintenance of the Council's General Fund estate; to ensure that service delivery objectives are met; to contribute to the achievement of the outcomes set out in the council's corporate and other plans and also to ensure our customers are at the heart of service design, delivery, and scrutiny. You will lead and manage a group of professional and technical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver the property outcomes, meeting the council requirements. Candidates will only be considered who have a degree or equivalent in a related discipline and/or Membership of an appropriate professional body and/or considerable experience. Please note interviews will be held on Friday, 28 February 2025. Requirements
