What you will do: Lead an outreach team dedicated to supporting service users in reducing rough sleeping. Provide guidance and support to outreach workers on shift, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including enforcement teams. Coordinate and address street activity, rough sleeping, and antisocial behaviour proactively. Ensure the team offers inclusive services for rough sleepers, facilitating access to essential services and accommodation. Manage caseload allocation, supervise and support the outreach team and volunteers. Work collaboratively within the service's management team to achieve sustainable and positive outcomes. Role-specific responsibilities: Oversee an organised and efficient operation within a busy, complex service environment. Apply a good working knowledge of mental health, substance misuse, and complex needs to support service users effectively. Utilise your experience in housing or homelessness services and assertive street outreach practice. This role requires flexibility, including working some evenings, nights, and weekends. The ability to be adaptable in managing varying shifts is essential.
