This is a unique and career-changing opportunity for any ambitious senior personal injury solicitor that is not to be missed. The successful candidate will lead four teams, including very senior solicitors, comprising 20 lawyers in total to drive exceptional results in a fast-paced legal environment, where your expertise and vision will help shape the future of personal injury law practice. This is more than a managerial role; it's your opportunity to lead from the front. In this role, you will: Drive the performance of multiple sub-teams ensuring all teams achieve and exceed departmental KPIs and targets. Collaborate with the firm’s senior leadership to optimise strategies and align workflows with cutting-edge case management systems. Direct the senior solicitors who supervise the sub-teams. Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and personal growth. Take the reins on compliance, quality control, and client satisfaction, upholding the highest standards of legal service.
