Are you a qualified lifeguard? Do you want to take that next step? We are looking for a
Team Leader (Senior Lifeguard)
to act as a peer / role model, overseeing the work of the lifeguard team to ensure that the standards of safety and customer satisfaction are met and to review systems of work - acting as the primary link between the Duty Manager and lifeguard staff. You will work closely with the Academy trainers to undergo regular reviews of lifeguard processes to ensure efficient and effective training. The Team Leader
will also act as a relief Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the facility, customers, money, and staff during those periods. As a
Team Leader,
you will need to hold a current NPLQ, FAW, and H&S qualifications, have good customer service skills, and be able to motivate and support the team and colleagues. You will preferably hold a L2 Fitness Instructor qualification and be willing to learn, develop, and embrace new ideas. You will have the opportunity to join our management development program in order to take that next step in your career. Hours:
full time (rota based) Hours will include earlies, daytime, evenings, and weekends Salary Grade E: £23,357 per annum Location: Crewe Leisure Centre Closing Date: 14th February 2025 Everybody swimming pools are open 7 days a week – generally from 6am to 10pm (subject to each pool’s programme) and our lifeguards work on a shift rota basis across the week and weekends.
