Key Responsibilities:
Provide training for Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing - Level 3 apprenticeships. Support learners in implementing lean principles and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor learner progress and ensure the timely completion of apprenticeship milestones. Offer constructive feedback and tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Stay informed about industry trends in continuous improvement, workforce development, and process optimisation to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions. Requirements:
Proven experience in Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing and LMO. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, process improvement techniques, and their practical applications. PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience in delivering apprenticeship training within manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG sectors. A commitment to helping people develop professionally and improve business processes.
