We are looking for a professional and experienced
Team Manager
for the Block Freezing Department. As a Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Area. Key responsibilities as a Team Manager will include: Manage the day-to-day operation of the block freezing process on site. Manage the rework process of the by-product created on site through a mincing operation before freezing into blocks. Minimise all product downgrades. Team management for area employees. Ensure all rework is completed as per specifications and within required timescales. Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Team Manager will include: Previous management experience in food production. Ability to interpret data (screen display). Good attention to detail. Flexibility.
