Children’s Services in Tameside are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Manager to join us in our Cared for Children Service who work with cared for children from 0-18 years of age. As Team Manager, you will lead a team consisting of a Senior Practitioner and 6 Social Workers. You will have responsibility for ensuring timely care and permanence planning for children and also transition planning to adulthood for the 16-18 year old young people. You will achieve this through professional and reflective supervision, supporting staff learning and development and ensuring the production of high quality work to improve the outcomes for our Cared for Children.
