You'll manage costs, resources, and budgets while setting higher standards and addressing any issues that arise. By engaging with your team on the shop floor, you'll inspire and keep everyone motivated, happy, and equipped to deliver. What you need to show us: To be successful as a Logistics Shift Manager, you'll ideally have warehouse and distribution experience, along with a background in driving and managing change.
