What you will do: Lead and manage a team of Child Protection Case Conference Chairs and support the workload of the Business Support Team. Collaborate with multi-agency partners including Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, and Mental Health Practitioners to address complex family issues. Chair meetings, handle complex and competing demands, and ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. Provide managerial support to the IRO Team Manager, offering cover and assistance as needed. Implement and advocate for the Herefordshire's Family Safeguarding model, transforming the way children and families are supported.
