open to international sponsorship. Team Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent team manager position in our Children in Our Care team, Lancaster. Join our dedicated Children in Care Team, where we prioritize achieving permanence and providing exceptional care for our children and young people. Our team is committed to creating stable, nurturing environments that support long-term well-being and development. We ensure that each child's voice is heard and their needs are met through active participation and engagement. By working closely with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals, we develop comprehensive care plans that focus on achieving the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities: Line management of six social workers (fte). Operational delivery of services and management of frontline staff. Supervision, care planning, case management, and risk management. Auditing, dip sampling, learning & development. Contributing to service and team plans, and continuous improvement journey.
