Job summary We're pleased to advertise this opportunity for two Team Managers to join our Family Support & Safeguarding Teams on a full-time (South Cambridgeshire) and part-time 20-hours (Cambridge) basis, both roles are based at Fawcett House in Cambridge. Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity for two Team Managers to join our Family Support & Safeguarding Teams. You will be responsible for leading a team to improve outcomes for children & young people. About us We are committed to providing a supportive environment for our staff and enhancing skills and abilities in Family Support & Safeguarding. Job responsibilities You will need to be an experienced practitioner, committed to improving outcomes for children & young people. You will work in a strengths-based and solution-focused approach and have good organization skills. Effective communication and a sound understanding of thresholds are essential, as is the ability to work closely with internal and external agencies. Knowledge and understanding of Family Support & Safeguarding is advantageous but not essential as training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
