Store Manager

Summary:

The Team Manager supports the Store Manager in driving business performance, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and coaching. This role emphasizes customer engagement, team development, operational excellence, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

Deliver outstanding client journeys, foster connections, and promote client retention. Coach the team on sales strategies, digital tools, and clienteling techniques. Manage CRM activities to meet retention and conversion goals.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, retain, and develop talent while fostering a positive, professional work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Lead by example in embodying brand values and ensuring team alignment with corporate standards.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee stock management, safety, and product handling. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and store image standards. Address escalated customer service issues and VIP client needs.

Key Competencies:

Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement. Proficient in leveraging digital tools for client engagement.
