This role is to lead the Adult Day Opportunity programme; Future Choices. The role will vary from day to day and it will be based in and around Consett, Co. Durham. The Future Choices programme is essential in helping individuals with their personal development, including developing skills to support travelling independently, building confidence while working on community projects, and supporting with everyday life and learning skills. You will lead a team of job coaches supporting groups of adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in a classroom setting and out in the community. You must be passionate, committed, creative, and have strong values about creating opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people. An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply).
