Iconic Italian luxury fashion brand Specialises in ready-to-wear collections, accessories, footwear and fragrance Based in prestigious Department store in Knightsbridge
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client journeys, foster connections, and promote client retention. Coach the team on sales strategies, digital tools, and clienteling techniques. Manage CRM activities to meet retention and conversion goals. Lead by example in embodying brand values and ensuring team alignment with corporate standards.
Qualities:
Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement. Proficient in leveraging digital tools for client engagement. Strong background within Menswear, preferably within a Department store
Offering:
Basic salary offering up to £48,000 Up to £5,000 bonus 33 days holiday Wellness benefits
