You will be responsible for As a manager in a Tesco Store, you will play a crucial role in serving Britain's shoppers better every day. Your responsibilities include: Maximising sales, impact, and presentation for your department. Ensuring safety and compliance. Leading from the front on the store floor with colleagues and customers. Growing your own team by spotting talent and providing feedback and support. You will need To be a great retail manager, you should have the following qualities: Excellent communication skills to share and encourage new ideas and best practices.
