Variable Hours Part Time Summary Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are an integral cog within the in-store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store. Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to lead teams through change.
