• Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills. • Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure they keep coming back. • Leading your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximize profit. • Building your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring hours are worked when and where they benefit customers, and identifying and resolving root cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews. • Ensuring the safety of your colleagues is your top priority and coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer workplace. You will need
• Strong communication skills to share knowledge and experience, working collaboratively with your team to deliver results. • A natural and welcoming demeanor with customers, putting them at the heart of your work, and building strong relationships. • Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments and the ability to make quick decisions that benefit customers and colleagues. • Drive to deliver beyond expectations, doing the right thing in all situations and inspiring confidence in those around you. • Awareness of competitors and a proactive approach to building and delivering new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
