Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the store's customer experience and regularly interact and engage with customers. Encourage and support initiatives related to driving memberships. Support the store manager with leading and coaching the store team to achieve results. Provide supportive and engaging leadership to your team by observing and reviewing performance, setting goals and providing feedback, managing attendance, and stepping up when your manager is not there. Be a positive role model to the team and represent our values. Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community. Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work and we’ll make sure your rota is available 4 weeks in advance – giving you peace of mind to be able to make the most of your days off. Who are we looking for? You will need: Previous management experience

(required) To be customer-focused and deliver excellent store experiences. A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.
